Massachusetts Booth

Our next port of call is the "Vacationland" state of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Bay Authority. Various styles of booths were provided for the Authority. They included an all stainless steel booth with galvanized steel frame, a similar booth with a galvanized steel frame painted in a high gloss brilliant white epoxy finish and a booth that was literally built under a roof line with fractions of inches to spare. All the booths had stainless steel cash drawers, air conditioning, heating, numerous electrical outlets, mineral counter tops and formica laminated storage compartments. Also included were booth mounted articulated arms for computer screens so that any toll collector of various heights could have easy access to this important information.
